Day Care Holidays & School Break Policy (Check School Calendars)
- Day Camp is not offered on certain Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day). It is recommended to call in advance to confirm day care services and availability.
- Reservations are strongly recommended. We are very busy with overnight boarding during all Holidays & School Breaks.

Day Care Packages
- Day Care packages expire 12 months from purchase date.
- For package refunds, the nights or days used will be charged at rates depending on the package purchased.

Boarding Non-Holiday Policy
- Reservations are not required, but are recommended. We do fill to capacity even during non-holidays and it is first come, first serve.
- 1-day's notice for reservation cancellations is required.
- Cancellations within the 1-day period prior to reservation and "no-shows" will be charged a 1-night boarding fee. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservations.

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Boarding Holiday and School Break Policy (Check School Calendars)
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays and school breaks to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday and school break reservations require a 3-night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- A holiday period is considered 3-days' before and 3-days' after the actual holiday.
- 5-days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within the 5-day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 3-night deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
