Non-Holiday
- Deposits are not required to secure your reservation at this time.
- Balance will be collected at the end of your stay.
- Peak times will require a 50% deposit and follow the same policy as Holiday reservations (see below for more details)

Holidays
- All Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required for Thanksgiving and Christmas and a 2-night minimum stay is required for all other major holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Cancellations prior to a holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of your stay and we are able to re- sell your cabin, an account credit will be issued that can be used toward future services.
- Spring Break reservations require a 3-night minimum stay and 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation. Please check with our front desk (941.875.9410) for spring break dates as they change annually.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Holiday and peak times will be subject to a seasonal surcharge of $5 per night, per dog.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel within 14 days of your stay, you will get an account credit.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, you’ll receive an account credit to be used on future stays only if we are able to re-sell your cabin/suite; otherwise, your deposit is forfeited.
- If you cancel under 7 days of you stay, then your deposit is forfeited!!
Note: Cancellations immediately prior to a holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
All refunds on deposits or any services sold are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Day Care & Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase unless dog is dismissed.
- For package refunds within 30 days, usage will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- No refunds on monthly membership passes. The monthly pass expires 1 month after date of purchase. Effective February 2023, the monthly membership will automatically be charged to your credit card on file on the 1st of each month. You must cancel 15 days in advance.
- No expiration date on the First Day Special Package.
- All packages (except First Day Special) expire 2 years from date of purchase and any days not used will be forfeited.

Check-In/Check-Out
CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.
CHECK OUT: Any time during business hours.
Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $20. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
- Only one discount per stay per family
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
- 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate
ALL CAMPERS MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS
- At least four months old
- Spayed or neutered (if seven months or older)
- Current on Rabies, Distemper, and 6-month Bordetella
- Oral, intranasal, or injectable forms of the Bordetella vaccination are accepted
- Oral Bordetella and Intranasal vaccine requires vaccination every 6 months
- Injectable Bordetella requires vaccination annually.
- Flea/tick free and in good overall health
- No open wounds or stitches of any kind
- Wearing a quick release collar and name tag
- For safety reasons, flea/tick collars may not be worn at Camp
- Dog and people friendly
- Able to pass the interview and trial day
