From the most friendliest staff who always have a smile on their face and know all the dogs who come in, to the accessibility and convenience of always being able to drop off our little boy without any issues. My dog, Bentley, loves it there and never wants to leave. As soon as we pull into the parking lot he cannot wait to get in and see everyone. Camp Bow Wow “They are awesome! Our puppy is a shelter dog with a ton of energy, but he is shy and anxious around new people/situations. We went in for an "interview" prior to boarding and all the staff approached him slowly and let him warm up to them prior to introducing him to a new situation. They have a process of slowly and systematically introducing dogs to the others and it set our pup up for success. Our dog came home happy, well cared for, and ready for a nap after a full day of playing with the other dogs. ALSO, they have puppy cams so you can check in on your dog if you want. One thing that's very important to me is that the camp attendants actually pay attention to the dogs, and give them plenty of love and attention, not just clean up after them. I can see that this happens! Camp Bow Wow is also incredibly clean and smells so good! Frankly, it probably smells better than my own house with two litter boxes.
