Non-Holiday
- A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Dog Boarding Holidays
- Major holidays and peak times will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.

Day Care & Boarding Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- All packages expire one year after date of purchase.

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
