Meridian Reservations

A one night per dog deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package).
If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
Holiday reservations require a one night per dog deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.

No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
Day care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
Dog Boarding packages expire one (1) year after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.

Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

To maintain our incredibly high safety standards and satisfaction ratings, we require your pup to be:

At least four months old
Spayed or neutered (if six months old or older)
Current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella, bi-valent Canine Influenza vaccines*
Flea/tick-free and in good overall health
Free of wounds or stitches of any kind
Wearing a quick-release collar
Friendly with other dogs and people
Able to pass our Camper Interview and trial day
