Dog Day Care
- We have day care Monday-Saturday from 6:30am-7:00pm. We do not offer day care on Sundays or major holidays.
- We do not require reservations for day care. However, we do reserve the right to turn away a day care client if we have met our capacity for the day. We must maintain a safe environment.
- We also reserve the right to turn away a day care client if their vaccinations are not up to date. Please make sure your pup is always up to date before entering our facility.
Dog Boarding
Non-Holiday
- Reservations are required for all boarding stays.
- Check in and check out times are Monday-Saturday 630AM-7PM. Sunday check in is from 4-6PM ONLY and check out is 8-11AM and 4-7PM.
- We book up quickly year-round. Please be courteous in cancelling any non-holiday reservations as soon as possible, so we can accommodate our waiting lists.
- Deposits are typically not required for non-holiday stays, but, on an individual basis, they may be required if multiple last-minute cancellations or "no-shows" occur often. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Holidays and Spring/Fall Break- Please read carefully!
- Reservations are required for all boarding stays.
- No check-ins on major holidays. Check out is from 8-11AM and 4-7PM.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- Holiday reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the 3 night minimum cost at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within 7 days of your reservation check-in day, it will be cancelled.
- 7 days notice prior to check-in day for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation start date and "no-shows" forfeit their entire deposit.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Holidays and peak times may be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night, per dog.
Day Care & Boarding Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date and any days not used will be forfeited.
- Dog Boarding packages expire one (1) year after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
