Pet lovers of the Lone Star State — rejoice! We’re thrilled to announce that we recently opened a new Camp in Flower Mound, Texas.
Located in a commercial development called Prairie Commons, which is planted along Yuca Lane southeast of the intersection of FM 1171 and FM 2499, this new location is perfectly positioned to attract the attention of travelers near and far.
A Family Affair
“I loved the business so much that when she was ready to try a new venture, I was on board,” Cara Petrie said.
Together, they had the drive, skills, and dog loving personalities for the job — the only thing they needed was the perfect location. After a bit of searching, they decided on Flower Mound, an area close to the home they grew up in. To them, choosing this area was a no-brainer. “It’s very clear that in Flower Mound, dogs are members of the family. We love that about the town and we want to be a part of and add to that community.”
A State-of-the-Art Location
The Flower Mound location will feature many of the amenities Camp Bow Wow customers have grown to love, plus new features, like HD cameras. This allows pet parents to watch their pooch play happily and safely. As with all Camps, Counselors at Flower Mound will also be trained in pet CPR and first aid as well as health and wellness training courses.
