Dog Day Care Reservations- Holidays/Peak Season
- Reservations are required at least the day before you plan on bringing your dog for Day Care. Please understand, we may not be able accommodate day-of reservations or walk-ins
- Please let us know if you are unable to make it to your reservation.
- Day Camp runs Monday-Saturday 6:30am - 7:00pm. We ask that all dogs be picked up by 6:30pm.
**We have special operating hours for major holidays** - Lunch for Day Care Campers will not be accepted from Thursdays-Saturdays, major holiday, or peak boarding times.
Day Care Packages
- 5- and 10-Day Fun Packs must be used within month it was purchased. Fun Packs are non-refundable. Days not used will be forfeited.
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full day rate.
- Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.

Dog Boarding Reservations
Non-Holiday
- A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times, we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 7 days prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Deposits 6 days to 48 hours will remain on account as credit to be used for future services.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, a fee equal to 50% of your boarding reservation will be charged.
- Forfeited deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- Deposit must be made at time of reservation or reservation will be added to wait list. Waitlist does not guarantee your reservation until deposit is received in full.
- 7 Day notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund. Deposits 6 days to 72 hours before reservations will remain on account as credit to be used at future services.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- A holiday/peak season surcharge of $5 per night per dog will be added to any stay within the holiday/peak season period.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 72- hour period prior to the holiday reservation, a fee equal to 50% of your boarding reservation will be charged.
- Forfeited deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Check-In For Boarding
- Preferred before 4 PM, but you can check-in any time we are open; before 4 pm allows for dinner and playtime. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.
- Day Camp runs Monday-Saturday 6:30am- 7pm. We do not offer Day Care on Holidays.
- Sunday check-in/Check-out hours are 6:30am-10am and 3:30pm-6:30pm. There is no Day Care on Sundays.
- Camera system is limited on Sundays due to the operating hours.
- Make sure medication, supplements/vitamins are kept in original container.
