Dog Day Care Reservations
- All dogs must pass the camper interview process
- All medications must be in their original containers due to state regulations
- All accounts will become INACTIVE automatically after 2 years of no visits to Camp. A re-interview is required after account has become inactive.
- Packages are nonrefundable after 1 month from purchase date
- Packages automatically expire one year after purchase date
- All dogs must meet CBW Boulder vaccination requirements which may differ from other Camps (if unsure, call to ask)
- CBW Boulder requires that all Campers receive an injectable, intranasal, or oral Bordetella vaccine every 6 months.
- All dogs must have a name tag. If not, CBW will provide one that must stay on while at Camp
Dog Boarding Reservations
- Must provide at least 24 hours notice for boarding reservations
- Boarding check-in is between 6:30AM-3:00PM. If a later boarding check-in is needed, please call to schedule your check-in time in advance. This is to ensure the dogs are comfortable and settled by dinner and evening routines
- All dogs must pass the camper interview process AND have at least one additional day of day care before they are allowed to board

- You may bring as many or as few belongings as you would like for your dog's stay, but we ask that you do NOT bring food bowls or water bowls unless they are special "slow feed" bowls. Some common items to bring are: dry and/or wet food, beds and/or blankets, toys (kept in dog's cabin for duration of stay), unwashed t-shirt or pillow case to comfort dogs with separation anxiety.
- Out of courtesy, we ask that you drop off no later than 6:30PM on your check-in date. This allows us to make sure your dog has eaten and gone outside before bedtime

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- Deposits are nonrefundable starting two weeks prior to stay or date specified.
- Pet parents are financially responsible for the entire stay once deposit is taken.
- Once deposit is taken, dates cannot be changed.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Packages are nonrefundable after 1 month and they expire after 1 year from purchase.
Dog Grooming
- Spaw and Nail Trim reservations must bedropped off for Day care by 11:30AM. We do this because our Grooming Team trims nails in the AM hours
- All dogs must pass the camper interview process
- All dogs must meet CBW Boulder vaccination requirements which may differ from other Camps (if unsure, call to ask)
- All grooming services must be orchestrated during a Day care or Boarding Reservation
- Policies are in place for the safety and well being of ALL dogs. Woof!
