Non-Holiday
- Deposit is not required.

Holidays
- A three-night minimum stay is required for all holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- A holiday period is considered three days before and three days after the actual holiday.
- Holiday Surcharge will take effect 12/1/2022. The $5 surcharge will be applied in addition to the regular price of boarding per night and no discount can be applied to the surcharge. The surcharge will be for the night before the holiday, the night of the holiday, and the night after the holiday. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day are holidays that will have the surcharge added.
- There may be days during major holidays that day camp will be limited and/or closed. It is recommended that you call ahead of time during these high volume times to make sure we have enough space for your camper.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Dog Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
