Reservation Policies
BOARDING
HOLIDAYS and PEAK PERIODS
- 2 night minimum stay required during holiday periods and at certain peak times (including – Easter/Spring Break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas through New Years). The holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday(s).
- 50% boarding deposit (or minimum of 3 nights, whichever is less) is required at the time of reservation confirmation for all holiday period/peak time stays.
- Deposits are FULLY REFUNDABLE (to the original method of payment) for holiday/peak period boarding reservations cancelled more than 14 days PRIOR to the confirmed check-in date of the reservation.
- Cancellations less than 14 days, but more than 5 days, prior to the confirmed check-in date of holiday/peak period boarding
reservation will result in the deposit being refunded as an account credit. - Cancellations 5 days or less from the confirmed check-in date of the holiday/peak period boarding reservation and ‘no-shows’ will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
- A $5 surcharge (per night/per camper) will be applied to the regular price of boarding during Holiday/peak periods.
NON-HOLIDAYS
- Luxury Suites – 2 night minimum stay required for all stays
- 50% boarding deposit (or minimum of 3 nights, whichever is less) is required at the time of the Luxury Suite reservation confirmation.
- Deposits are FULLY REFUNDABLE (to the original method of payment) for Luxury Suite boarding reservations cancelled more than 14 days PRIOR to the confirmed check-in date of the reservation.
- Cancellations less than 14 days, but more than 5 days, prior to the confirmed check-in date of Luxury Suite boarding reservation will result in the deposit being refunded as an account credit.
- Cancellations 5 days or less from the confirmed check-in date of the Luxury Suite boarding reservation and ‘no-shows’ will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- CHECK-IN/Drop Off – preferred no later than 4PM to ensure enough time for dinner, a post dinner safety rest (60 mins), a potty break and a little play time before bed. Remember there is no additional fee for an EARLY check-in!
- CHECK-OUT - Check-out for boarding stays is at 11:00 AM. You may upgrade your stay so your Camper can play the rest of the day for $20 per camper.
- This upgrade cost will be waived for any boarding dogs getting baths during their stay!
DAY CARE PACKAGES
- Packages are valid for one year from date of purchase (exception – First Day Special package which is valid for 30 days from date of purchase).
- Packages are non refundable, unless camper is dismissed for behavior or safety concerns.
- Refunds will be processed for the unused portion of the package at the pro-rated, unused rate.
ACCOUNT CREDITS are non-refundable and expire 1 year after being processed to an account.
