Almost everyone knows him by name, greets him happily when we arrive, and enthusiastically accepts his big hugs from our active pup. Jack always has the best time at CBW, and even when we say it’s a camp day, he jumps up and wags his tail at the door to see his friends.
The CBW team excels at customer service by being flexible and accommodating to our needs. They have a great app, are responsive on the phone/email, and have excellent drop-off and pick-up procedures.
