Please Note: The policies stated below are valid at most locations. However reservation, deposit, and refund policies may differ at some Camp Bow Wow locations. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Summerlin at (725) 527-8554 for specific details.

Non-Holiday

  • Payment for the full boarding stay is due at pick-up.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

  • A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
  • A seasonal per night, per dog, boarding surcharge will be applied to all Boarding reservations during during holidays and peak-times.

Day Care Packages

  • No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: Any time during business hours.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A seasonal per night, per dog, boarding surcharge will be applied to all Boarding reservations during during holidays and peak-times.
  • Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
  • Only one discount per stay per family
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
  • 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate
