Day Care During Non-Holidays
- Packages purchased at one location cannot be used at another location.
- We do not require you to make a day care reservation. You may drop off/pick up during Camp regular business hours.
- Your dog is required to be wearing a quick release collar and a name tag before they are permitted into the play yard.
- We welcome lunches and treats. If your pup requires a meal or rest time, they will be placed in a cabin during our off times. Please see play schedule for those times.
- Please note that play may be rotational based upon the census of dogs in house.
- You may drop your pup off at any location nationwide for play as long as you have current vaccinations.
- This location requires your dog to have VET-ADMINISTERED Bordetella (1 year intra-nasal or injectable) Rabies, Distemper, and Canine Influenza Booster (H3N2 & H3N8) to be permitted into our back facility.

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Day Care During Holidays
- We do not have day care play on holidays and Sundays. You are welcome to bring your pup to camp for day-boarding.
- Holidays include Christmas through New Years, Spring Break, and Thanksgiving weekend.
- During abnormally high census days, we reserve the right to permit rotational play. Please make sure to ask about our extra care services should your dog require one on one attention.
Day Care & Boarding Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day Care packages are non-refundable but never expire.

- Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
Overnight Boarding During Non-Holidays
- A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package).
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

Overnight Boarding During Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 3 night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within three weeks of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- 14 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within the 14 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit the deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
