Dog Boarding Reservations

Non-Holiday

A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (1 night minimum).

Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.

Reservations may be cancelled 2 (two) calendar days prior to check in date (3 days prior to a major holiday) or your deposit will not be refunded.

If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.

If you pick up early, without giving 2 (two) days notice, you will be charged through the end of your reservation.

Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

All dogs who haven’t attended camp in a year must attend day camp prior to accepting a boarding reservation.

Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.

72 hours notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.

Boarding stays during Holidays and Peak Periods will incur a $10 surcharge per day.

Cancellations within the 72 hour period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.

Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
