Non-Holiday
- Does not require a deposit.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at pick-up.

Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- A $100 deposit is required for all major holiday reservations. Until your deposit is received your reservation is not confirmed.
- Your deposit is refundable if canceled at least 7 days prior to your boarding reservation.
- If less than 7 days of cancellation, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be used towards future stays or as a credit.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Major Holidays include the following :
- Spring Break
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas & New Years
Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.

Grooming
- Full Service Grooming Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy: no-shows and cancellations after 12:00PM on the day prior to a dog’s scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the dog’s Full Service Grooming appointment price.
