Non-Holiday
- A one-night deposit will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times, we are full and must turn pet parents away, and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a credit in your account equal to the amount of your deposit.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Payment for the balance of the boarding stay will be collected at pick-up.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays & Peak Dates
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required for most major holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests. A 4-night minimum stay is required for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Holiday reservations require a one-night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
- 7 days’ notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive an account credit equal to that of your deposit.
- Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.

- Please note that surcharges are added to overnight boarding price during certain peak dates throughout the year.

Day Care Packages
- Day care package sales are final and are non-refundable.
- Full Day Camp packages cannot be broken into half days.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.
CHECK OUT: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $20. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
