Dog Day Care
Holidays
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Day care is not guaranteed on holidays except for dogs boarding during these times.
- Due to limited capacity, day care will not be accepted on all major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc...).
- For other holiday information, please contact camp.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Day Care Packages
- Day care Packages may be used for multiple campers/same family.
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase. Any refunds will be prorated at either $23 or $16 depending on package.
- Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
- Monthly Pass expires at the end of each month, is non-refundable, and does not currently include weekends and major holidays.

Dog Boarding
Non-Holiday
- A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package).
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 5 days prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within two weeks of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Cancellations made two weeks prior to reservations for holidays will be refunded.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within the two week period of the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit, unless we are able to secure a new camper for the spot at which point the deposit will go towards future stays (store credit). No cash refunds.
