Day Care Reservations
- We are open for day care on SATURDAY as well as during the week. We strongly encourage pet parents to make day camp reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Making a reservation will ensure your pup has a spot in the play yards as we have to stay within our capacity numbers for the safety of all and you do NOT want to be turned away unexpectedly on our busiest of days. Specifically around holidays and school breaks, day care reservations will be required.
- No Day Care offered on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day except to those boarding with us.
Non-Holidays/Breaks
- Payment due at the time you drop-off for the balance of the full boarding stay for your fur-baby.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Holidays and Fall/Spring Break
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests and no arrivals on the actual holiday.
- Holiday/Break reservations require a 50% deposit of the 3-night minimum ($75) at the time of boarding reservation to secure and confirm your reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within 30 days of your reservation arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled.
- 7 days' notice prior to arrival for reservation cancellations for all holidays/breaks is required to receive a full refund of your deposit.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within the 7day period prior to your Arrival date for the holiday/break reservation or "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit on the 3-night minimum stay.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other Camp services or products.

- Holiday and peak times may be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate not the discounted pricing of the package (depending on the package purchased).
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- All Package services expire one (1) year after purchase.
