“It has been hard over the past 6 months with the change of ownership, changes in staff, whether voluntary or involuntary and price changes, to feel comfortable leaving my most cherished dog at Camp Bow Wow - Longmont. I believe everyone who worked there before the ownership buy out has left and along with them, the warm and fuzzy went with them. It was very disconcerting. As a pet owner, feeling good about and connecting, on some level, with the person or people who you are entrusting the welfare of your dog with is essential to my continued patronage of CBW - Longmont. I have since gotten to know some of your new staff members - Emerald, Sophie, Anders - and my warm and fuzzy is returning. They genuine in their love of dogs, which is so very important. They have also been receptive to my girl's recent health issues and have shown care and concern for her well being. This has been very important to me. Knowing they are keeping a watchful eye on her, while taking care of all of the other dogs has meant a lot to me. So much so that the next time I am sent an email to rate CBW-Longmont's services, I will put my score at a 10.
Thank you.
