Peak Times at Camp Bow Wow
- Peak Times for Boarding Reservations require 50% deposit to hold the reservation.

Non Holiday or Peak times
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at Pick up
Holidays
- Day Camp closed on Major Holidays. EASTER, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS DAY and NEW YEARS DAY.
Drop off for boarding is required the day before Major holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests. - Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
Holiday Cancellation Policy;
- 8 days or more: Full Refund
- 4 -7 day Notice: Forfeit 25% of deposit on boarding stay
- 3 days or less of notice*: forfeit one night of boarding payment and receive remaining balance as camp credit
- *Please note: day of cancellation counts as 1 day but the first day of boarding does not (ex. if boarding starts Friday and you call Tuesday to cancel, it's 3 days of notice).
Day Care, Enrichment, Bath and First day special Packages (Anything purchased has a one year expiration from date of purchase)
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, used days will be adjusted to full price from the discounted package price.
- All Day Care Packages expire one year from date of purchase
