Holidays
- A Two Night Minimum stay is required for any boarding reservation during the holiday period
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- 7 Days’ notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required for you to be credited the full amount of your deposit for future boarding.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday
- Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
Dog Day Care Packages
- Dog day care and boarding packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days/nights not used will be forfeited.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Boarding packages are subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
- Boarding cancelations inside 7-days of reservation, a cancellation policy fee will be charged to repeat offenders, and 24-Hour Cancellation Policy fee charged to repeat offenders for Day Care. Cancellation fee = 10% of services reserved
Please Note:
- Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
- Only one discount per stay per family
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
- 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate
- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
