Non-Holiday
- To allow our dedicated team time with their families on Sundays and Holidays, we follow a split schedule and are closed between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
Holidays
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Holiday reservations must be cancelled 10 days prior for a full refund.
- A holiday period is considered three days before and three days after the actual holiday.
- Deposits will be forfeit if not made a minimum of 10 days prior to first day of reservation and can not be used for Camp credit.
- Due to the staffing demands over the holidays, we charge a $5.00 per night surcharge for three nights prior, the holiday night, and three nights after.
- To allow our dedicated team time with their families on Sundays and Holidays, we follow a split schedule and are closed between the hours of 10am and 4pm. On those days, dogs will have limited playtime in the morning and in the early evening, approximately five hours total.

Dog Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
