Holidays & Non-Holiday’s
- Holidays include New Year’s, Spring Break (Humble & Houston ISD), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- There is no minimum stay required for non-holiday periods.
- Holiday reservations require a 2 night per pup deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- Deposits will only be required on stays longer than 7 nights in non-holiday times.
- All boarding reservation requests during holiday periods will be added to our waitlist until deposit is received.
- If we do not receive a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- A surcharge of $5 per night per pup will be added to the current boarding price for the holiday periods listed above.
- If you cancel 7 days prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or account credit.
- If you cancel within the 7 days - 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, your deposit will be issued as an account credit only and can be used towards any future services.
- If you cancel 48 hours or less prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Dog Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- Dog Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
