Non-Holiday
- Please be considerate enough to cancel via phone, email or in person.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off. If you are having someone else drop off/pick up on your behalf, please prepay before arrival.

Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 3-night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation in order to assign a cabin.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- You must cancel "outside" of 4 days prior to the scheduled check in day. Example: A scheduled Friday check-in MUST be cancelled by end of business (7:00 pm) on the prior Monday allowing 3 full days in between.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- All refunds on deposits or any services sold are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Day Care & Boarding Packages
- All day care and boarding packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. They are sold as "non-refundable" unless extenuating circumstances are determined by management.
- Should that be determined, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- All refunds on packages sold are subject to a 3% processing fee.
- Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations and "no-shows".

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $20. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
