Dog Day Care Reservations
Day camp reservations
- A reservation for Day Camp at CBW Dallas High Five is REQUIRED ON FRIDAYS only.
- A reservation for Day Camp may be required at other times of the year, especially on Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, Memorial Day, The 4th of July, and Labor Day. A large number of Overnight Campers during major holidays requires that we limit the number of additional Day Campers to ensure safety.

Day Camp Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, Day Camp packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Day Camp packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.

Dog Boarding Reservations
Non-Holiday
- A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package).
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Boarding Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- Dog Boarding packages expire one (1) year after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
