Holidays
- Holiday Surcharge will take effect 1/3/2022. The $5 surcharge will be applied in addition to the regular price of boarding per night and no discount can be applied to the surcharge. The surcharge will be for the night before the holiday, the night of the holiday, and the night after the holiday. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day are holidays that will have the surcharge added.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required for all boarding reservations at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- There may be days during major holidays that day camp will be limited and/or closed. It is recommended that you call ahead of time during these high volume times to make sure we have enough space for your camper.
- A deposit of one night stay needed at time you make your boarding reservation.
- A 48-hour notice for reservation cancellations (holidays) is required to receive a full refund.

Dog Day Care, Dog Boarding, & Dog Grooming Packages
- No package refunds after the first day has been used.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Packages can be used for a single dog or multi-family on the same account. Packages are already priced at a discounted rate and no other discounts will be applied.
ALL CAMPERS MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS
- At least four months old
- Spayed or neutered (if seven months or older)
- Current on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Bivalent Flu vaccines
- Flea/tick free and in good overall health
- No open wounds or stitches of any kind
- Wearing a quick release collar and name tag
- For safety reasons, flea/tick collars may not be worn at Camp
- Dog and people friendly
- Able to pass the interview and trial day
Refund Policy
- All packages will expire one (1) year from purchase date and any days not used will be forfeited. Any service purchased that was not used within 60 days of purchase will not be refunded. Refunds are not offered for partially used packages.
