“5+ Stars! We did our homework and visited several boarding options. We even placed Roxie in a couple for try-out day care stays. Cuyahoga Falls Bow Wow was the clear winner! My husband and I liked that the dogs are parsed into play areas by size. In our case, Roxie, who is little, a senior, and is being treated for cancer, is not so overwhelmed that way. Beyond the facility itself, though, is the fabulous, caring staff. It's obvious the owners hire the right people and provide the right staff training. When we must have Roxie boarded, and we drop her off at Cuyahoga Falls Bow Wow, we always leave feeling she will be well-cared for. Great comfort-level. Enough that we drive the 25 miles from our home to get there. Thanks for all you do!”
