Reservation Policies
Dog Day Care Reservations
- All dogs must have acclimated to group play by the end of their orientation day to return.
- All medications must be in their original containers.
- All accounts will become inactive automatically after two years without a visit. Another orientation day will be scheduled to ensure inactive dogs still do well in a group play setting.
- All dogs must meet vaccination requirements, which may differ from other Camp Bow Wow locations.
- All Campers must receive an injectable, intranasal, or oral Bordetella vaccine every 12 months.
- All dogs must have a name tag and breakaway safety collar.
Dog Boarding Reservations
- Boarding check-in is between 6:30am and 3:00pm. If a later boarding check-in is needed, please call to schedule your check-in time in advance.

- You may bring as many or as few belongings as you would like for your dog's stay, but we ask that you do NOT bring food bowls or water bowls unless they are special "slow feed" bowls. Some common items to bring are: beds and/or blankets, toys (kept in dog's cabin for duration of stay), unwashed t-shirt or pillow case to comfort dogs with separation anxiety.
- Please bring individually bagged portions of your dog’s food. We cannot accept bags of food over 10 pounds.
- Reservations for stays over 7 nights or longer require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required for all major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- Deposits are nonrefundable starting two weeks prior to stay.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
