General Policies
Payments
- Payment is required at the time of checkout.
- We do not accept personal checks or American Express.
- Clients are required to provide a credit card on file to reserve boarding.
- Additional holiday deposit requirements stated below.
Refunds/Discounts
- If your boarding reservation is canceled before the cancellation period has ended, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Discounts do not apply toward packages or Extended Checkout.
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: Check in as early as you would like on the day of drop-off so your Camper can enjoy more playtime! To ensure your dog’s safety and comfort, please feed your dog at home no later than 6:00PM or drop off by 5:00PM if they need to eat dinner at Camp.
- Check-out: The checkout time for overnight boarders is 11:00AM Monday-Saturday and 10:30AM Sundays & Holidays. This is to ensure we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. If you would like a later checkout, we offer an Extended Checkout service for $20, which provides your pup with additional playtime as late as 7:00PM.
Late Pick Up
- For the safety of our staff, entrance doors will lock at 7:00PM. If your dog has not been picked up by 7:15PM, we will board them for the night. Day Care charges will be converted to our overnight fee.
Medications
- There is no additional charge to administer medications. Medications must be brought into Camp in the original container so we may verify dosages. Unfortunately, we cannot administer injectable medications (Insulin, etc.).
Boarding Policies
Holidays / On-Peak
- We required a 2-night minimum for all holiday boarding stays. Holiday periods include: New Year’s, Spring Break (Cabarrus & Mecklenburg), Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Boarding reservations require a 2-night deposit fee.
- Deposit payments are required two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations without a deposit two weeks prior to arrival may be cancelled.
- Reservations made less than two weeks prior to a holiday/peak period require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the start of a reservation are eligible to receive a refund.
- Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows or if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the start of a reservation.
- Forfeited deposits are not eligible for refunds and cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Holiday and peak periods vary and are subject to change.
- Reservations are subject to seasonal pricing.
Non-Holiday / Off-Peak
- Please provide at least 48-hours’ notice for any reservation changes or cancellations.
Cabin Capacity
- For safety reasons, we allow up to 3 Campers per Cabin. All dogs must live, eat and sleep together at home on a regular basis.
