DayCamp Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 7AM – 6:30PM*
Reservations not checked-in, and which are no-call and no-show: you forfeit that day of DayCamp from your FUR-Pack account. All dogs are required to wear a quick release collar and name-tag to check-in. During Holiday Seasons and due to capacity constraints: traditional DayCamp will shortened some days, or entirely postponed until after the Holiday Season. Our Camp does not have "half-days," and one day is used per check-in, irrespective of time of check-in.
Lodging Lobby Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 7AM – 7PM
Sunday: 7AM – 9AM + 5PM – 6:30PM
Our Lobby is closed on Holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, with no check-ins and no check-outs. Traditional DayCamp is shortened on all Sundays and most Holidays.
Mobile-App or Online-Account:
Reservation requests sent through Mobile App or Online Account are unconfirmed, until your reservation request is shown as in green within home page of your screen. Same day reservation requests cannot be made through the App or your Online account.
Noon Overnight Check-Out:
Overnight check-outs occurring "After-Noon" on check-out day are $20 per dog extending check-out to 6:30PM, Monday - Saturday. Before Noon check-outs, Sundays, Grooming services, and Colleyville Club Members are exempt from Noon check-out time. Noon check-out helps to safely manage capacity and provides ample time to clean all Classic Cabins, Luxury Suites, and Condos, before the arrival of daily check-ins.
Holiday Season 2-Night Minimum and Pre-Payment:
Holiday Season reservations, require 2-consecutive overnight minimum, and advance pre-payment of 1-Overnight is collected at the time of your Holiday Season reservation. Remaining balance due is collected at check-in. Holiday Season 1-Overnight pre-payments are refundable, when your cancellation request is emailed in accordance with our Holiday Season cancellation timelines. All Holiday Season reservations without 1-Overnight pre-payment are unconfirmed and "waitlist" reservations requests, which are available for rebooking to other families, in the sole discretion of Camp Bow Wow Colleyville.
Holiday Season Non-Refundable Confirmation Fee:
$39-per dog Holiday Season non-refundable Confirmation Fee is collected at the time of your reservation request for each Holiday Season overnight reservation. This is separate from Holiday Season 1-Overnight pre-payment. As occupancy increases to full capacity: the Holiday Season Confirmation Fee may also increase. Holiday Season nightly peak surcharges may also be applied during specific overnight time Holiday Seasons. These additional surcharge amounts, if in effect, will be disclosed prior to check-in.
Lodging and Holiday Season Cancellations:
We understand plans may change! Holiday Season lodging cancellations requesting refund of 1-Overnight Holiday Season pre-payment: please email cancellation request timestamped prior to 7PM CST, at least 7-full days or more, before the actual Federal Holiday, i.e. before 7PM CST on November 20th, if Thanksgiving Federal Holiday is on November 28th. If no Federal Holiday exists in a Holiday Season, such as Spring Break: email Holiday Season 1-Overnight pre-payment refund requests, timestamped prior to 7PM CST at least 7-full days or more, before the Spring Break Holiday Season actual start date, i.e. before 7PM CST on March 6th, as Spring Break Holiday Season starts on March 14th, 2025.
Regular Non-Holiday Season overnight periods are assessed $75 late-cancellation fee, if your overnight cancellation is not emailed and timestamped prior to 7PM CST, at least 2-full days before your scheduled check-in date, i.e. before 7PM CST on 4/1, for 4/4 scheduled overnight check-in. You agree to forfeit without any refund, the entire Holiday Season 1-Overnight pre-payment, and you agree to pay $75 late-cancellation fee for Non-Holiday Seasons, if your overnight cancellations are not received in accordance with these timelines. Please email cancellations to colleyvilletx@campbowwow.com and please include your name, reservation dates, and your phone number. Verbal cancellations will not be recognized.

Lodging Early Pick-ups:
Holiday Season early overnight pick-ups you agree to forfeit all payments for your entire reservation and you will not receive any credit. Early pick-ups, before originally scheduled overnight check-out dates during Non-Holiday Seasons will receive an in-Camp credit. Camp Bow Wow Colleyville in-Camp credits may be applied to any future Camp Bow Wow Colleyville service.
Colleyville Club DayCamp Membership: $389/Month/Dog
Colleyville Club Membership does not guarantee daily DayCamp availability and reservations are highly recommended. Membership includes 1 Fresh Clean Grooming service available per month, and waiver of Noon overnight check-out time during overnight stays. Colleyville Club Membership is pro-rated the first month to join, and the next month Membership dues are collected at time of membership start date. Colleyville Club Memberships do not accrue DayCamp days and is non-refundable. Colleyville Club Membership is transferable within the same dog household for 1 check-in, should availability exist, and monthly Membership dues are assessed per dog. To discontinue your Colleyville Club Membership; please email colleyvilletx@campbowwow.com at least seven days before the next billing month.
Camp Bow Wow Other Information
No Camp Bow Wow Colleyville Team Member stays overnight and there is no fire suppression system on property. By utilizing our services, you acceptance this inherent fire risk, as well as all risks.
