I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The real time cameras are certainly a plus. However, I was a little disappointed with the lack of trying to engage my very shy and timid dog towards play time. My dog Stella sat in a corner during the entire daycare experience. Other than that I think the facility is great.
