Albuquerque Reservations

Please Note: The policies stated below are valid at most locations. However reservation, deposit, and refund policies may differ at some Camp Bow Wow locations. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Albuquerque at (505) 531-6894 for specific details.

Holidays

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• 5 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 5 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• A $5 surcharge will be applied in addition to the regular price of boarding per night during the Holiday period.

Day Care Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase unless the dog is dismissed.
• For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: If your pup would like to stay for the rest of the day, we are happy to have them for an additional fee of $15. If your pup is receiving a bath, the extended checkout fee will be waived.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
• Only one discount per stay per family
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
• 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate
