Standard Boarding Policy
- When the charge for an overnight boarding reservation exceeds $200, a deposit is due at camper check-in. The deposit is 50% of the boarding charge and does not apply to additional services such as a camp shower, extra care services, or training.
- The balance for an overnight stay is required at camper check-out.
- There is no penalty for a standard overnight boarding (non-holiday) cancellation or no-show. If payment is made in advance over the phone, the payment will remain on the account in the form of a credit and deducted from future services.
- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Boarding Holiday Periods
Boarding holiday periods include two nights before and two nights after the observed holiday. If a boarding reservation includes at least one night during the holiday period, then the holiday boarding policy applies. If a boarding reservation does not include at least one night during the holiday period, then the standard boarding policy applies. The following chart identifies the seven holiday periods for our camp.
