Every service at Camp Bow Wow Lee's Summit is built around your dog’s physical and emotional well-being. Our Certified Camp Counselors are certified in first aid and CPR, and they’re present throughout the day across every service area so your pup is in capable hands.
Dog Daycare
Our Dog Daycare puts pups in a safe, open-play environment where they can socialize, run, and romp with other dogs. Certified Camp Counselors monitor the play yards throughout the day, encouraging healthy interaction and stepping in when needed. Supervised group play can support positive behavior and help reduce anxiety over time.
Dog Boarding
Overnight guests get their own individual Cabin complete with a cozy cot, fleece blanket, and a nightly treat at no extra charge. Daytime care is included during every Dog Boarding stay, so your dog moves from a full day of play to a comfortable night’s rest without any add-on fees. Medication administration is also included at no extra charge, so dogs with ongoing health needs can stay on their routine during their visit.
Dog Grooming
Professional Dog Grooming is available at our Lee’s Summit location. New grooming clients receive 50% off their first full-service groom. (Valid Jan 1, 2026 to Dec 31, 2026. Final price subject to groomer based on coat condition. Camper must meet entrance requirements.)
Dog Enrichment and Pawsitive Start Jr.
Our Dog Enrichment programs provide activities designed to stimulate your dog’s mental and physical well-being, including interactive games, sensory challenges, and problem-solving tasks. For younger pups, Pawsitive Start Jr. is a puppy-specific program available at this location. Together, these offerings round out a complete dog care experience that goes well beyond basic boarding and daycare.

Camp Bow Wow was a lifesaver for me. My husband suddenly went to the hospital and I needed someone to watch our fur baby. I called Camp Bow Wow to see if they could take her that day and keep her for the rest of the week. They had an opening and I was able to drop her off on a Wednesday and I picked her up on Sunday. She was well taken care of, and I love that we can watch her out in the play yard with the other campers there. I can tell she liked it, too. I definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow!

The staff are the true crown jewels of this facility. (Big shout-out to Amy and Dakota, who have consistently been Finn's favorites and the reason he gets into the car to go to camp so quickly!) We have been coming since he was a puppy. The staff are kind and courteous. They've expanded their services so there is something for everyone, and their prices are in range with other similar facilities. We still enjoy the holiday-themed photos the most.

My dogs did just fine!
I took my two older dogs to Camp Bow Wow recently. I was pretty anxious about it because they are old and not very big. I was pleasantly surprised with the way the dog introductions were handled and my dogs did just fine! All the dogs in the play area seem to be having so much fun! Lots of wagging tails and interaction with each other like one big happy family. My dogs were so tired when they got home, but they were very relaxed, so I know they had a good time. I will definitely be taking them back. My thanks to the great staff there!

The Camper Interview: How We Keep Every Pup Safe
Every dog goes through a Camper Interview before joining our play yards. It’s how we help keep the open-play environment safe and enjoyable for everyone in it. Campers must also be up to date on vaccinations, which helps protect dogs from communicable illnesses that can spread in group settings.
