Our Siberian Husky Echo absolutely loves coming here! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and always makes both dogs and owners feel welcome. It’s clear that everyone genuinely loves what they do and treats the dogs like family. We always feel comfortable leaving our pup in their care, and he comes home happy and tired every time. I love all the “extras” they offer and do for the pups. Highly recommend!

I highly, highly, highly recommend this place. When you first go in, the facility smells great. The staff is very welcoming and always smiling and care about our furry babies. My dog doesn’t even look back when they take her in, and that’s a good sign to me. If I’m not mistaken, I think her name is Sarah, she’s the groomer. She did a beautiful job for my little girl Chanel. Her hands are blessed for grooming dogs, and it’s noticeable how much she loves her job and cares about these little angels. I give this place a 10 out of 10.

They Were Truly Amazing May 4, 2026

Our dog Shadow had his interview here and they were truly amazing. They explained the whole process. Our dog did amazing and he had so much fun. The staff was wonderful and friendly, which made leaving your dog in their care more positive. Our dog came out so tired and so excited. He was happy to see us but also sad to leave his new friends! Also, being able to see the cameras and watch him during the day was a plus for us.

Apparently they spoil my dog very well here. She's ready to jump out of my truck once she recognizes the building and drags me to the front door with her leash. Mind you, I've over 300 pounds and it feels like I'm trying to hold an NFL small running back down. :) We've been using this place since we got our Pit Bull running back in 2019 and we'll keep on using them. And she wasn't the only doggie we saw running to get inside those doors to have some fun...

We took our puppy for an interview/evaluation at the Fort Mill location. She did great! The staff was very attentive and professional. I love that I can watch our pup throughout the day via their live webcam. We will definitely be bringing her back.

The Staff Is Kind, but Short-Staffed Apr 14, 2026

I have been bringing my dog to Camp Bow Wow since he was about 5 months old. I had to pause for a bit because they require dogs to be neutered by 7 months to keep coming, but once that was done, we were right back. I cannot say I have had a bad experience because that would not be true. The staff is kind, and my dog always seems happy to go, which means a lot to me as a dog mom. However, I have felt from the very beginning, and I still feel the same way today, that they are short-staffed. That is my one big concern. They separate the dogs into three sections by size — small, medium, and large — which I think is great for safety. Still, with the number of dogs they take in (25) per section, I really think they could use more hands on deck to make sure every dog is getting the attention and supervision they deserve. I hope they take a look at their staffing because the dogs and the team both deserve better support. I will continue to try them out as long as my dog remains safe and unharmed. I will let him go there once in a while.

They Watched Our Dogs Closely Mar 29, 2026

We just took our two puppies in for the initial appointment and then a full day of dog camp. We really like the facility and its proximity to Fort Mill. The price is fine and pretty similar to other places that we use for doggie daycare and boarding. What I did like about this is all the cameras that you can view while your pet is in their care. As well, because it was our dogs' first time they did watch them pretty closely to make sure that they were acclimating. For example, one of our dogs seemed to get a little overwhelmed with some of the bigger dogs, so they said that next time they would likely keep them in a smaller area until they were a little more comfortable. I really appreciated that.

We’ve taken our golden doodle, Harry, to Camp Bow Wow Fort Mill for years. There were a few hiccups with previous ownership and high turnover during that time, but we’ve been extremely pleased with the new owners. They appear to have worked out the kinks. I also love that they have grooming onsite!

This location is great! Our bozos always have a fun time whether it’s day care or boarding. I usually don’t like boarding, but it’s a clean facility and all the dogs get to play outside/inside all day! You don’t have to pay any extra crazy fees just for your babies to run freely and they have a schedule for feeding throughout the day. They also have a camera system so you can get online and check out all the areas to see your pups throughout the day. My two dogs get to share a big space and they each have cots, bowls, etc. We also take our dogs to get groomed here and Sarah is really gentle and does a fantastic job. One is a senior who requires some patience and this is the first place where our golden-doodle’s groom looks excellent! We have had some bad experiences in the past and they always come out very happy and handsome.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Feb 14, 2026

Several topics to cover in this review as a fairly new fur family with CBWFM. We started coming here in Aug./Sept. 2025 with two rescue dogs; by November my oldest one - Addie-Rose - age 17, had very suddenly passed away. When I walked in with a solo pup one day more than a month later, I had to deliver the awful news. Roughly a week later, I got a beautiful sympathy card in the mail signed by the majority of the staff with meaningful messages and memories they had of Addie. That gesture meant everything to me and was a huge comfort - thank you all for showing her a fun time in her final months…she loved it there! My pets had a holiday photo shoot at a local studio on a Saturday. I pre-scheduled a bath/nail trim appt. right at 7:00 a.m. for that morning and explained the time sensitivity in advance. The groomer and the young lady at the front desk knocked it out of the park! I was contacted immediately when he was ready and we got to the studio with time to spare…EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bonus points for: a) not needing a day care reservation b) a clean environment! c) many options offered whether it be enrichment, pictures, or special pricing packages - everyone loves choices! d) most of all, I am greeted with a smile and energetic employees that seem to genuinely love working there. This is so important to me. Any chance of a Camp Meow Meow coming?

My dog loved his daycare and grooming day! He always loves playing with new friends and seeing the people. I was surprised that so many of them remember him from the Chastain location. He was so tired from playing all day that he napped immediately when we got home.

We absolutely LOVE Camp Bow Wow Fort Mill. Our pup Charlotte needed a new daycare closer to home, and we are so excited to have found them. She loves it there! All the staff are so kind, and we know she is being well cared for. I also really appreciate having the app to schedule all boarding and daycare. It makes it easier to book and to keep track of the services we have scheduled. Thanks for being a great home away from home for our Charlotte!
